Schedule
Your full timetable across every course, in month, week, day or agenda view, with the current week exportable as a document.
Schedule is your complete timetable. Where the This week card on Home is a summary, this is the whole calendar: every lecture, exam, meetup and event across every course you are enrolled in.

Choosing a view
Four views are available from the calendar toolbar:
| View | Best for |
|---|---|
| Month | Seeing how a whole month is shaped |
| Week | The normal working view, and the only one that can be exported |
| Day | A single crowded day |
| Agenda | A plain list, and the default on a phone |
On a computer the schedule opens in week view. On a phone it opens in agenda view.
The view and the date are in the address bar
Change view or move to another week and the page address changes with you. The browser back button therefore steps back through where you have been, and a link you copy opens on the same week in the same view for whoever you send it to.
What appears on it
Everything scheduled for the classes you are enrolled in:
- Lectures for your courses.
- Exams you are due to sit.
- Meetups and other events your school has put on the calendar.
Events are coloured by course, so a glance tells you which subject a block belongs to. Selecting a block opens a small panel with its details.
Opening an event
What happens next depends on the kind of event.
| Kind | What opens |
|---|---|
| Lecture | The lecture's page, with its materials, assignments and replay |
| Exam | A page that says the feature is coming soon |
| Meetup | A page that says the feature is coming soon |
| Other event | A page that says the feature is coming soon |
Only lectures have a page in this version
Exams, meetups and other events are shown so you know when and where they are, but their detail pages are still being built. What you need for them is on the calendar block itself. Sitting an online exam is done in the classic version of EasyClass.
An online lecture is joined from the lecture's page or from the live banner on Home, not from the calendar block.
Exporting your week
In week view only, an Export button appears in the toolbar. It produces a document of the week you are looking at, in the language you are using EasyClass in.
The export covers the week you are looking at
Move to the week you want before selecting Export. The button shows a spinner for a moment, then the download starts.
Troubleshooting
The schedule only shows events for classes you are enrolled in. If a lecture was added to a different class, or your enrolment has not been recorded yet, it will not appear. Check the course itself under My Courses, then ask your school.
Each month is loaded separately and kept for a few minutes. Moving to a month that has not been loaded yet shows a brief loading state, then fills in. Moving back is instant because it is already in memory.
Exam pages are not built yet. The block on the calendar carries the date, time, duration and whether it is online, which is everything currently available.
Export is only offered in week view. Switch the view to Week and it appears in the toolbar.
