Staff overview
A map of the EasyClass back-office for administrators and moderators.
The staff back-office is where you set up your curriculum, run teaching, manage people and handle finances. What you can access depends on your role and permissions.
The back-office at a glance
The rail on the left holds six sections. Choose one and its pages open in the panel beside it, with the page you are on raised. The bell at the foot of the rail opens your notifications; your picture opens your account menu, with your profile and your notification preferences. Beside the section's name, the actions menu (a lightning bolt) lists what the page you are on offers first, such as New class or Import students, then everything else you can create. On a phone, the bar at the top of the page holds the menu button, with every section, the actions menu, the bell and your picture.

Where to start
The right starting point depends on how your organization is structured:
Running structured programs?
Start by setting up a program, then cohorts and classes.
Running standalone classes?
Skip programs and create a standalone class directly.
If you are new, first read Key concepts so the hierarchy below makes sense.
